Loan Bazaar provides services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. The visitor or the user of the Website accepts and agrees to be bound by and to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Website.

Loan BazaarTM is a customer-facing website and a trademark owned by Upstream Business Consultant LLP, under Trade Mark number 5350176. All upgrades and updates are managed by Upstream Business Consultants LLP, our entity with registered office at Thane, Maharashtra.

The designated officer shall redress the concerns, complaints or grievances in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws

Consent Withdrawal Policy

A. Introduction

As an individual, customer, or user (“you” / “your”), you have the right to withdraw consent previously provided to Loan BazaarFinancial Service Private Limited (“we” / “us” / “our” / “Loan Bazaar”) regarding the usage of your personal information collected during your interaction with our website,or other digital platforms.

You have the right to request us to delete or forget the personal data we hold about you. This includes consent provided for purposes such as the use, storage, sharing of your personal information with third-party partners, financial institutions, banks, NBFCs, and consent to contact you for services and marketing communication.

Upon receiving your request, we will endeavor to purge the personal information provided by you, subject to the exceptions mentioned below.

We reserve the right to retain your personal information to the extent necessary to:
1. Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations;
2. Enforce our legal, contractual, or statutory rights; and/or
3. Cooperate with authorities investigating fraudulent or illegal activities.
Additionally, if your loan, credit card, or financial product application has been shared with partner banks / NBFCs / financial institutions (“Regulated Entities” / “REs”) or if you have availed a financial facility through our platform, those REs may continue to process your data under applicable law. If Loan Bazaar provides collection or customer service support to the REs, we may also be required to retain your data as per our contractual obligations with them.
Process for Withdrawing Consent

To withdraw consent or request deletion of your contact information from our records, please send an email to: subhash@loanbazaar.co. You may also write to us at the address mentioned below. Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and initiate the deletion process. You will receive an update once your request is processed.
Credit Information Handling

In case your credit information has been accessed based on your consent, the relevant credit information will be permanently deleted after the consent withdrawal is completed. You will receive a notification confirming the deletion.

General Terms:

Any use of the Website or the Information it contains is at sole risk of the user. Neither Loan Bazaar, its affiliates nor their officers, employees, or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising out of any access to, or use of, the Website or the Information
No material will be modified, edited, or taken out of context such that its use creates a false or misleading statement or impression as to the position, statements, or actions of Loan Bazaar and/or its affiliates.
Loan Bazaar reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change, or vary all or any of these Terms, at any time, without previous notice.
Loan Bazaar may suspend the operation of the Website for support or maintenance work, to update the content, or for any other reason.
If the User chooses to access the Loan Bazaar Website then it shall be deemed to be done on his/her initiative and he/she shall be held responsible for compliance with applicable local, national, or international laws.
The User agrees and undertakes not to, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or intellectual property obtained from the Website in any manner whatsoever.
The User represents and warrants that the User shall use the Website in compliance with these Terms and the applicable laws and to comply with all existing and future policies and rules applicable to the Website.
Loan Bazaar and its partner banks will contact you via SMS, Call, WhatsApp & Email to provide product details.

Intellectual Property:

The content of the Website and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and all other intellectual property rights therein are owned by Loan Bazaar and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable Indian intellectual property law.
The User acknowledges, understands, and agrees that he/she shall not have, nor be entitled to claim, any rights in and to the content of the Website and/or any portion thereof.
Loan bazaar may provide the User with content including information, photographs, graphics, video, etc. through the Website. This material may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights and laws.
The User may use this material only as expressly authorized by Loan Bazaar and shall not copy, transmit, or create derivative works of such material without express authorization from Loan Bazaar.
Any unauthorized use of copyrighted or other proprietary content is illegal and could subject the User to personal liability or criminal prosecution.

Limitation of Liability:

Loan Bazaar is not responsible for and will not be liable to the User or anyone else for any damages or other amounts whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive d) arising out of or in connection with User’s use of or inability to use the Website or the Information contained

Governing law and jurisdiction:

All these terms are governed by and construed by the laws of India.
In the event of any dispute arising between Loan Bazaar on one hand and the User and/or any third party on the other hand, about these Terms or use of the Website or the Information, whether in contract or tort or otherwise, such User and/or third-party hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located at Mumbai, India for the resolution of all such disputes.
Loan Bazaar reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms by the User.

Termination:

The User hereby agrees and acknowledges that Loan Bazaar may, with or without any reason, immediately terminate his/her/its access to the Website without prior notice.
Without limiting the foregoing, Loan Bazaar may terminate or temporarily suspend the User’s access to the Website if the User (a) breaches or violates these Terms, (b) there is a request by law enforcement or other government agencies, or (c) in case of unexpected technical issues or problems.
